Privacy Policy
Metro Atlanta Sports Officials, Inc. (MASO) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
When you contact us or submit a request, we collect the contact details you provide: your name, email address, and phone number.
Organizations requesting officials also share information about their program — organization name, sport, season dates, location, and estimated number of games.
Officials applying to work with us provide their full name, date of birth, contact information, home address, officiating experience, and the sports they cover. We use these details to verify eligibility, assign games, and arrange payment.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to requests, assign officials to games, communicate about schedules and assignments, and provide our officiating services.
We do not sell your information.
How information is shared
We share information only as needed to operate — for example, with the email, scheduling, and payment tools we use to run assignments — and when required by law.
Your information is never sold or rented.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as it is needed for business and legal purposes, such as fulfilling assignments, recordkeeping, and tax requirements. After that, it is deleted.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access to only those who need it.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing evan@masosports.com.
