Why Officiate with MASO
MASO recruits officials for basketball, soccer, baseball, softball, volleyball, flag football, pickleball, dodgeball, and kickball assignments across Metro Atlanta, with lacrosse coming soon. Officials work as independent contractors and set their own availability.
Active roster size is 400+ officials covering municipal parks and recreation contracts in Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, DeKalb, Forsyth, and Douglas counties. MASO handles assignor communications and game-day logistics.
Officials receive game offers via text message and confirm directly through the assignor. New officials complete an application review, a conversation with the assignor, and onboarding paperwork before joining the active roster.
